Sources tell me celebs will be flocking to the opening of the pop star's new Las Vegas show, Britney Spears: Piece of Me, on Dec. 27, at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
Already on the guest list are Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Adam Lambert, tennis great Serena Williams, hitmaker Sia and Brit's former touring partner Pauly D.
Go, Britney!
Shortly after tickets went on sale in September, Spears' manager Larry Rudolph told me, "This is the best-selling show in the history of Vegas. We have a great thing going here. We have a great show we're putting together. We have nothing but greenlights ahead of us."
Spears has been rehearsing around the clock for the last few months.
"We are going to have all the works—snow, water, rain, everything," she told Ryan Seacrest in September during an appearance on his morning radio show. "Every time I do a show, I like to really bring it. I love to put on a show that will really entertain fans. We want the feeling that fans will be in the show with me. We're going to have a cool setup for them with a party vibe so they are really there with me."
