Britney rumor to appear on "Smash"is FALSE

RUMOR: Britney to appear NBC´s "Smash"????

The TV rumors just won’t stop!

In Touch Weekly’s claiming Britney wants to become a regular on NBC’s Smash, which takes place around a fictional Marilyn Monroe-based Broadway musical.

A friend says Britney’s always wanted to perform on Broadway, and this show would give her that chance (on TV at least).

Per her friend: "She’s met with producers, and they’re looking for the appropriate role for her."
