Britney Spears' Secret Birthday Video

Sophie Grace and Rosie weren't the only ones to surprise Britney Spears with a birthday celebration.
The pop princess turned 32 yesterday and was given a fun little video made by her dancers Pammy Chu and Lianna Blackburn.
And only E! News has the Flipagram vid to show you.
The footage features a montage of Spears' dancers, crew members and management team doing a faux hand-slapping move from her "Work, Bitch" video to a sample of the lyrics, "Work it out."
And guess who is the last person in the sequence? Brit's dad, Jamie Spears, in a sideways baseball cap.
The singer is currently in Las Vegas rehearsing for Piece of Me, her residency show launching at Planet Hollywood on Dec. 27.
"There's a lot of different, interesting aspects to the show and a lot of moments where the audience feels like they're in the show with us," Spears told Ryan Seacrest during a recent iHeart radio album preview for Britney Jean. "A lot of special effects like that and it's the most dancing I've ever done."
She told E! News in September that Vegas will be her "second home" and not her primary residence.
"It seemed like the ideal job to me because I felt like when I was on tour, I'm in a different bed every night," Spears said. "It felt kind of ideal to be set in one place."

"Work Bitch" submitted for Grammy nomination?

An alleged list of the 2014 Grammy submissions leaked, and Britney’s included for Best Pop Solo Vocal Performance for “Work Bitch.”
Remember, these are potential submissions – meaning she may not be nominated, but she might!
This would mark her ninth nomination, her last being Best Dance Recording in 2010 for “Womanizer.”

Will the "Work Bitch" (Director´s Cut) show the sexy version???

Male model Richie Nuzzolese, who is seen shirtless in Britney Spears’ new video Work B**ch,tells RumorFixexclusively, “Scenes were cut out from the footage to make it PG.”
In an interview with The TJ Show on Amp 103.3 in Boston, Britney said, “Oh my god, we showed way more skin and did way more stuff for the video than what is actually there. Like, I cut out half the video because I am a mother and because, you know, I have children, and it’s just hard to play sexy mom while you’re being a pop star as well.”
Richie, who also appeared in Katy Perry’s Last Friday Night, was one of only two males in the video along with 15 female models and confirmed to us that scenes were cut out.
The 23-year-old model/actor/singer says the models were told to be “more dynamic” and “more aggressive.”
So he says his scenes became very sexual. “I had these two girls around me. I was pulling one girl’s hair and going up her leg. Another one was pulling my hair from the back,” Richie says.
He was also “aggressively groping,”  and staring seductively into a girl’s eyes and their lips almost connected. It was like an orgy without the sex.
The model says most of those R-rated scenes were cut out of the video.
He says Britney was a professional. “She was definitely in role — even though she’s a mom and everything, she turned on sexy,” he adds.

THE RUMOR SAY THE WORK BITCH DIRECTORS CUT VIDEO WILL BE MORE EXPLICIT SHOWING SOME OF THE SEXY SCENES THAT WAS CUT FROM THE FINAL VERSION.

Britney New Album Won't Just Be 'Work Bitch'

Britney Spears is taking her own advice: You want a hit album? You better work, bitch.
Just like she says in her smash single, Brit is working overtime to finish the follow-up to Femme Fatale, and as manager Larry Rudolph explained to MTV News, she's entering the home stretch ... and determined to have the album out by December.
"We're getting close to being finished, we're probably three or four songs away," Rudolph said. "We did a listening session the other day, just to take stock of everything we have, and it's just one song after the other, it's amazing, it's really good. I know she can't wait for her fans to hear it, too."
Earlier this year, frequent collaborator will.i.am said that he's challenging Spears to get deep on the new album — "We need to talk about what she's excited about in life. We gotta talk about the things that hurt her," he told Rolling Stone. "We can't do another song about going on the dance floor." — and, from the sound of things, she rose to the occasion. To hear Rudolph explain it, Britney's new music takes her to places she's never been before, and the result is nothing sort of a dramatic reinvention.
"The album definitely is not just 'Work Bitch.' This is a situation where there are multiple, multiple layers, things like you've never heard from her before," he said. "There's a lot that fans expect, but a lot that they don't ... She's written on every song on the album, which is a first for her, and it's a very personal album for her, and I think people are going to love it."
